IHOP, LLS raise funds - in honor of Lucy - on this National Pancake Day

This year, D.C. area IHOP restaurants are raising money in honor of Lucy, a brave 5-year-old who was diagnosed with acute myeloid leukemia (AML) at just eight months old. Lucy fought hard and is now living life to the fullest.
