Maxwell will not discuss grade-fixing allegations Friday; will meet with lawmakers next week

Prince George's County Schools CEO Kevin Maxwell will not be testifying before the County's delegation Friday in regard to the Prince George's County Schools graduation rate and grade-fixing allegations.
