Metro SafeTrack surge #3 to begin, impact Reagan National Airport

By now we are all well aware of the rush-hour effect Metro?s SafeTrack plan has on commuters, but beginning July 5 passengers should expect additional congestion on the airport?s roadways and in its parking facilities.
