National Guard member dies after DC shooting

National Guard member and U.S. Army Specialist Sarah Beckstrom has died following the shooting of two West Virginia National Guard members in Washington, D.C. on Wednesday. The suspected shooter, Rahmanullah Lakanwal, is facing a murder charge.
