Wrong-way driver arrested after crash on I-270 in Maryland

A massive police presence shut down parts of I-270 near Clarksburg Road in Montgomery County following a wrong-way crash. The driver involved has been arrested but the multi-county investigation continues at this time. FOX 5's Shirin Rajaee has more.
