FAA now requiring airlines to reduce flights by 6%

The Federal Aviation Administration said on Tuesday that airlines are required to reduce their flights by 6%. It's the next step as the agency looks to eventually achieve a 10% reduction in air traffic. FOX 5's Homa Bash has more.
