Federal workers protest as efforts to reopen government fail once again

The Senate has voted once again on a bill to reopen the federal government and once again that effort failed. It's day eight of the shutdown and today, federal workers took to Capitol Hill to let their voices be heard. FOX 5?s Tom Fitzgerald is live with the latest details.
