House voting on bills targeting crime in DC

This evening, House Republicans unleashed a series of bills that they say will crackdown on violent crime in D.C. The legislation targets juvenile crime, sentencing guidelines, judges and policing, but Democrats say it violates D.C.?s Home Rule. FOX 5's Tom Fitzgerald reports.
