DC Police Union Chair Gregg Pemberton discusses crime in the DMV

Gregg Pemberton is the chairman of the D.C. Police Union. He joined Katie Barlow on In the Courts to talk about policing and crime in the District.�He disagrees with the George Floyd policing bill that Maryland Rep. Glenn Ivey is re-introducing in Congress this week. Pemberton says it doesn't do enough to help police officers.
