Suspect arrested in murder of 19-year-old Dacara Thompson

Police say 35-year-old Hugo Hernandez-Mendez of Bowie was arrested and is facing first and second-degree murder charges after detectives linked him to the killing of 19-year-old Dacara Thompson.
