2 separate animal cruelty cases under investigation in DMV

There are two separate cases of severe animal cruelty under investigation in the DMV tonight. One involves a severely emaciated dog dumped in Prince William County and in D.C. another dog was shot and killed. FOX 5's Sydney Persing reports.
