Virginia man scammed women out of thousands of dollars online

New details are emerging after a Virginia man reportedly made big promises and scammed women out of thousands of dollars online, all while posing as someone who worked for the CIA and FBI. But the federal investigators say he died as law enforcement moved in. FOX 5?s Tisha Lewis reports.
