New traffic pattern to affect beltway traffic in McLean, VA

Residents of the DMV know all about the brutal beltway traffic. Soon, a new traffic pattern will take effect on the 495 exit onto the George Washington Memorial Parkway. Fox 5's David Kaplan reports.
