Bethesda's 'Paint the Town' program highlights local artists

There's color and creativity in some unlikely places that may catch your eye in Bethesda. "Paint the Town? is an initiative of the Bethesda Arts & Entertainment District to brighten up the downtown area while at the same time, give local artists a chance to highlight their talent and the competition has been tough.
