DC police identify man killed in shooting near Marvin Gaye Park

D.C. police have identified the man killed in a shooting near Marvin Gaye Park in Northeast. The victim, 38-year-old Antowine Baker, died at the hospital after shots were fired just after 10 a.m. Tuesday.
