Police begin enforcing teen curfew at National Harbor

An emergency teen curfew at National Harbor in Maryland took effect Friday evening. FOX 5's Homa Bash spotted Prince George's County police officers out in full force, making sure teens complied. She spoke to the police chief about what to expect.
