Kennedy Rec Center reopens in Northwest with new recording studio, upgraded kitchen

The Kennedy Recreation Center in Northwest D.C. has reopened after nearly a million dollars of upgrades. Those upgrades include a new recording studio where music or podcasts could be produced, and a brand new kitchen to help feed the kids that attend rec center programs.
