Act could increase penalties for committing crimes in 'sacred spaces'

Maryland lawmakers want to increase the penalty for a crime committed in a ?sacred place? after officials in Prince George?s County saw violence and bloodshed erupt in spaces ranging from on board a children?s school bus to a cemetery.
