DC opening more shelters, warming centers as temperatures drop

Now that we have the first official snowfall of Winter, it's time to brace for the coldest air of the season. Highs on Tuesday were only in the 30s but the night temperatures will dip to the teens. Gwen Tolbart spoke to Anthony Newman, a deputy administrator at D.C.'s Department of Human Services.
