Still no answers one year after Montgomery County man was shot in parking garage on family outing

A year later, and still no answers in the tragic murder of a 62-year-old Charles Reynolds. The Silver Spring resident was out with family when he went into a parking garage by himself and never came out. He was later found in a stairwell with a fatal gunshot wound.
