Virginia lawmakers weigh in on possibility of new Caps, Wizards stadium in Potomac Yard

Just a day after the big annoucement that the Capitals and Wizards are moving to Alexandria, some area lawmakers are raising concerns about aspects of the plan ? namely, transportation.
