Lawsuit names Lyft driver in deadly crash from 2022

A lawsuit has been filed against Lyft and one of their drivers, in connection to a deadly crash from over a year ago in Delaware. The suit accuses Lyft driver Laquise Leon of becoming angry at Sidney Wolf and his friends while he was giving them a ride near Dewey Beach. Leon stopped on the highway - demanding Wolf and his friends get out. That's when Wolf was hit by a passing car as he exited the car. Leon was not charged.
