Suspect accused of stabbing Rand Paul staffer moved to mental hospital
The suspect charged in the stabbing attack of a Senate staffer is being moved to a mental hospital. Rand Paul's staffer Phillip Todd was stabbed back in March along H Street Northeast. The alleged attacker-- 42-year-old Glynn Neal -- has been deemed unfit to stand trial, at this time.
