9 years since Hoggle children went missing in Montgomery County

It's been nine years since two Montgomery County children went missing at the hands of their mother. Now, there are concerns that their mother Catherine could now be released. FOX 5’s Stephanie Ramirez spoke to the children's father, police and attorneys.
