Gov. Wes Moore discusses development and crime in Wheaton

Maryland Governor Wes Moore held an "Economic Development" walk on Wednesday in Wheaton. The event was held a week after the shooting death of an 18-year-old at the Wheaton Metro Station. Governor Moore told FOX 5's Tom Fitzgerald that in order for economic development to work, personal safety needs to be a focus.
