White House wants airlines to pay up to delayed passengers

The White House says airlines should have to pay up to delayed passengers in some circumstances. The new regulations would apply in what they're calling "controllable cancellations or delays." FOX 5's Shomari Stone breaks it down from Reagan National Airport.
