Residents voice concerns over mental health facility coming to Rockville

Montgomery County is getting ready to build a new mental health center but it?s location is causing controversy. The plan is to put it near a neighborhood in Rockville, and some people aren?t too happy about that ? and they made that clear at a community meeting Thursday night.
