Active shooter hoax prompts shelter-in-place at 2 DC universities

A 911 call claiming that an active shooter was on the campuses of Trinity University and Catholic University in D.C. prompted school officials to issue a shelter in place order Thursday morning. FOX 5's David Kaplan has the details.
