Single Parent Achievers program helps local moms and dads
Being a single parent can present many challenges from juggling a work-life balance to financial concerns. One Maryland woman has founded an organization to help and provide resources for single parents after walking the same path herself. The Single Parent Achievers is hosting a new member orientation on March 11 at the Kentland Community Center in Landover. FOX 5's Gwen Tolbart spoke to the program's founder Rochelle McCallister about their mission.
