Free library rebuilt months after mysterious explosion

Last November, a community little free library was mysteriously blown up in the middle of the night at a home in Arlington, Virgina. Now just as mysteriously, a new replacement library has suddenly appeared. FOX 5's Gwen Tolbart has the story.
