The importance of CPR

Buffalo Bills player Damar Hamlin is raising awareness for CPR after it helped save his life from a cardiac arrest he suffered on the football field. Members of the Montgomery County Fire and Rescue Service joined the DMV Zone to tell us more about CPR and to show us how to perform the life-saving action.
