Kicking off Hispanic Heritage Month with salsa dancing

Hispanic Heritage Month kicked off Thursday and to celebrate officials in Silver Spring, Maryland threw a salsa dancing party. FOX 5's Jennifer Delgado visited Long Branch Park to check it out and learn a few moves.
