Please allow me to reintroduce myself....

Longtime Fox 5 DC fans know me as Producer Chris.  Because at any given point during the past 13 years, I have been the guy behind the scenes for shows like Fox 5 Morning @ 8am, Good Day DC, Good Day @ 10a, the Good Day Halloween Show, Fox 5's Like it or Not, and the LION Lunch Hour.  But the "Producer" part of the nickname has really only covered a small portion of what I do here at Fox 5 DC.  I made my first on-air appearance around a decade ago with the addition of the "Chris Cam" to the control room. Since then, I have helped deliver breaking news, shared Hollywood gossip on the Celebrity Dish, delivered a weekly list of new streaming options called What to Watch, and have fronted more Trending, Sizzling, and Energy Boost stories than I can count. I have also had the opportunity to serve as a guest-host on The Take @ 2p and Fox 5's LION.  Before coming to Fox 5 DC, I was a producer at another station here in the DMV. I started my producing career in Charlottesville, Virginia after graduating from American University.  After 18 years as a full-time producer, I'm ready for a new challenge. I am now officially a multimedia journalist / reporter here at Fox 5 DC.  That means you will still find me popping up on a variety of Fox 5 shows.  But mostly, I'll be producing and hosting Do You Like it Or Not and Fox 5's Live Zone Primetime streaming on Fox Local, 5 nights a week. So, please keep an eye out for me on your social media feeds, because YOU will be an important part of this new beginning!
