Woman charged with assaulting man in Wawa bathroom 1 day after alleged naked day care break-in

A woman who was free on bond after being arrested for allegedly breaking into a Virginia day care while naked is behind bars again after police say she pulled at the pants of a man in the men's bathroom of a convenience store.

Investigators say 23-year-old Heaven Conner was in the men's bathroom of a Wawa store on Austin Park Drive in Stafford at about 5 p.m. on Friday when she reached under the stall and tugged on the pants of a man who was inside. Officials say the victim told them that Conner pulled his pants "in a downward motion" before he left the bathroom and called police.

Authorities say they found Conner in one of the stalls in the men's bathroom when they arrived. She was arrested and is being held without bond on charges of assault and battery.

Her arrest at the Wawa store came just one day after she was arrested for allegedly breaking into the Kids on the Move Learning Center on Cambridge Street while naked. Police say she was arrested and charged with unauthorized entry and indecent exposure before being released.

"We're hoping the judge can get her some help hopefully her attorney can recognize that there is some way to get her the help she needs," Maj. Sean Kimmitz with the Stafford County Sheriff's Office said. "The social media has gone wild with this story. Just the fact that she was naked in the daycare provided a huge response. But then her being located in the male's restroom and then grabbing a man's leg in there that created quite an uproar as well."
