Naked woman broke into Virginia daycare during off hours, police say

STAFFORD, Va. (FOX 5 DC) - A Spotsylvania woman was naked when she broke into a Stafford daycare center early Thursday morning, according to police.

A Stafford County sheriff's office investigator responded to the scene at the Kids on the Move Learning Center on Cambridge Street around 5:22 a.m., and found a woman dressed in black holding a pair of forks.

The woman - who they identified as 23-year-old Heaven Conner of Spotsylvania - told the sergeant that she was the daycare owner's wife, and that he was making a mistake.

An employee told the sergeant that she had arrived at the building and was turning on lights when she encountered Conner - who was reportedly naked.

According to the employee, Conner told her she was trespassing, and that she was fired.

The sergeant recognized Conner from an earlier incident in which she had been reported as a suspicious person when she was seen walking down Route 1.

Conner told the sergeant she was coming from Rappahannock Regional Jail.

The woman was jailed on charges including unauthorized entry and indecent exposure.
