An Islamic rights group says a northern Virginia mosque has been vandalized for the second time this week.
Mosque officials say damage to the air conditioner at the Manassas Muslim Association occurred Monday. Copper pipes going into the unit had been cut.
The same unit was damaged again Thursday night.
It appears a hole was either cut into the unit or something was thrown into it to make that hole.
The Council on American Islamic Relations says they are working with the Manassas Police Department.
