A woman went to the Fairfax Police Fair Oaks station after she realized her employer was secretly filming her inside his home. Police say she found a hidden camera inside an A/C vent.

People who live along Cranberry Lane in Reston were caught off guard to see FOX 5 on their street Tuesday and learn about the arrest of their neighbor Raphael Schklowsky.

According to police, the 36-year-old is charged with four counts of unlawful filming inside of his home.

Officials say the camera was hidden in a room where there would be an expectation of privacy.

Police have not given any detail as to in what capacity the alleged victim worked for Schklowsky, but neighbors say he lives in the home with his family. He also is the theater director at Herndon High School.

A spokesman for Fairfax County Public Schools says Schklowsky has been placed on leave.

Police say they don't have any evidence of anything suspicious taking place at the school.

Schklowsky was released on $5,000 bond.
