Virginia Beach man wins big -- again -- in lottery scratch-off

VIRGINIA BEACH, Va. - A Virginia Beach man has claimed his second big winnings in a Virginia Lottery scratch-off game.

Ken Osborne recently claimed $500,000 in the Money Money Money game. He bought the ticket at a convenience store in Virginia Beach.

Osborne also won $1 million in a lottery scratch-off game in 2006.

According to The Virginian-Pilot (http://bit.ly/1WLCV1g), Osborne says the lottery hasn't been his biggest win. He was diagnosed with non-Hodgkin's lymphoma eight years ago. It's now in remission.
