(KMSP) - A 14-year-old from El Paso, Texas captivated thousands of Facebook users after he posted a tribute video to Prince the day the Minnesota icon passed away.

Brandon Bailey Johnson credits Prince as one of his greatest influences, and his rendition of "Purple Rain" has garnered over 17,000 views, and proves a little music goes a long way to help fans mourn with song.
