A toddler was rushed to a local hospital Wednesday after plummeting nine stories from an apartment building in White Oak.
WHITE OAK, Md. (FOX 5 DC) - A toddler was rushed to a local hospital Wednesday after plummeting nine stories from an apartment building in Montgomery County.
Emergency crews responded to the scene at about 1 p.m. at the Chateau Apartments in White Oak.

Montgomery County Fire and Rescue spokesperson Pete Piringer says the toddler was with a caregiver inside an apartment when she fell out of the window into some mulch below.
Paramedics found the girl in the lobby of the building conscious and breathing.
She was taken to Children's National with non-life-threatening injuries.
Police are investigating the incident.
