‘Sex and the City' star Sarah Jessica Parker at MGM National Harbor

OXON HILL, Md. (FOX 5 DC) - DMV residents were lining up outside of SJP Collection at MGM National Harbor on Friday for a chance to go shoe shopping with "Sex and the City" star Sarah Jessica Parker.

Crowds gathered early in the day for Parker's noon arrival.

If you're not out there already, Parker announced earlier in the week that she'd be departing before 3 p.m.
