Man, woman found shot to death in Charles County; police say appears to be murder-suicide

INDIAN HEAD, Md. - The Charles County Sheriff's Office says the deaths of two people who were found inside their home in Indian Head appears to be a murder-suicide.

Officials said a man and a woman were located with gunshot wounds just after 8 p.m. in the 5000 block of Fallen Timber Way.

A handgun was found at the scene and the shooting appears to be isolated to the house, according to the sheriff's office.
