Man killed after stabbing in Centreville; suspect in custody

CENTREVILLE, Va. - Fairfax County police say a man was killed in a stabbing in Centreville Thursday night.

Police say it happened at 8:24 p.m. in the 14600 block of Stone Crossing Court. According to detectives, the stabbing was a result of two men fighting inside a townhouse.

The suspect is in custody and was taken to the hospital with non-life threatening injuries.

Investigators believe there is no threat to the public.
