Man fatally struck by vehicle in Fairmount Heights

FAIRMOUNT HEIGHTS, Md. - A pedestrian was struck and killed by a pickup truck in Fairmount Heights Wednesday night.

It happened at the intersection of Addison Road and Sheriff Road at around 8:50 p.m.

Authorities said the victim was pronounced dead at the scene and the driver remained after the collision.
