Man tries to forcibly lift up woman’s skirt
Police in Fairfax City are looking for a man who forcibly tried to take pictures up a woman's skirt last week.
FAIRFAX CITY, Va. (FOX 5 DC) - Police in Fairfax City are looking for a man who forcibly tried to take pictures up a woman's skirt last week.
The incident happened on Woodhaven Drive and Hill Street at around 2:26 p.m. on September 3.
In the video, you can see the victim fleeing the man who was running behind her trying to lift up her skirt.
