Authorities arrested a man they say used a cell phone to record a child who was using the bathroom at Nationals Park.
WASHINGTON - Authorities arrested a man they say used a cell phone to record a child who was using the bathroom at Nationals Park.
Police say 41 year-old Jeffrey Douglass Kaliel of Northwest, D.C. was arrested and charged with voyeurism. The incident allegedly happened Wednesday, July 31 around 12 p.m. inside a bathroom at the stadium. Investigators say the victim is a 16-year-old boy.
A police report says the cell phone was taken as evidence. Officers say the investigation is still continuing at this time.
