Man arrested at Fort Meade faces traffic charges

FORT MEADE, Md. (AP) -- A man authorities say crashed a stolen car into a fence at Fort Meade in Maryland and hid on the installation for hours is now facing more than a dozen traffic charges.

Anne Arundel County Police announced Monday that they've issued a warrant charging 41-year-old Dontae Small of Baltimore with 13 traffic charges ranging from driving with a revoked license to attempting to elude police.

Police say Small was served the traffic warrant in Baltimore, where he is being held without bail on robbery, assault and gun-related charges. Police say his bail related to the traffic offenses is $500,000.

Baltimore Police say the car Small was driving when he crashed at Fort Meade -- where the National Security Agency is headquartered -- was stolen days earlier in the city.
