Authorities say missing 13-year-old girl from DC located

WASHINGTON - Authorities are asking for the public's help finding a missing girl from D.C.

Police say 13-year-old Kyelia Fowler was last seen around 7:40 a.m. in the 4000 block of Wheeler Road in the Southeast on Monday, October 21.

Officers describe Kyelia as a black female with a dark complexion. She is 5-feet-2-inches tall and weighs 115 pounds. She has brown eyes, long black dreadlocks and was last seen wearing a long, puffy, black coat, black and white Vans tennis shoes and was carrying a green suitcase on wheels.
