AMBER Alert canceled for 12-year-old girl in Baltimore

BALTIMORE, Md. (FOX 5 DC) - UPDATE 5/29/19: The AMBER Alert for 12-year-old Heydi Chavarria has been canceled.

An AMBER Alert has been issued for a 12-year-old girl in Baltimore who is believed to be in the company of a 23-year-old man.

The National Center For Missing and Exploited Children says Heydi Chavarria was last seen with Oscar Jonatan Cruz in Baltimore on May 28.

They may be riding in a silver Honda Accord with Maryland tags that read MD 8DM8821.

Authorities describe Heydi as a Hispanic female who was last seen wearing a yellow shirt, blue pants and white shoes.
