WASHINGTON - The all clear has been given at Joint Base Anacostia-Bolling after a brief lockdown. Authorities were called in to investigate reports of a suspicious, potentially-armed person in a barracks facility.
The lockdown was lifted just before 2:30 pm. DC police had been called to the scene to investigate, and all traffic in and out of the base was shut down while the lockdown was underway.
